In general I’m having a hard time finding things to see I Finland??. Not even when I ask the Finnish people do they know what to go for. Searching the internet gave me a couple of ideas and this is one of them, which by the way didn’t ring a bell for any of the Finns?
Kummakivi. Placed by giants many years ago, of course. We are after all in one of the Nordic countries. Definitely not left to rest 11.500 years ago when the ice retracted during the last ice age. Weighing 182 tonnes and measuring 7x4x5 meters. Has an average density of 2800kg/m3 with a volume of 65m3 but with only 0.5m² touching the rock underneath. Pretty crazy that nature can give us such wonders??
